ISLAMABAD: The officers of NH&MP N-5 North Zone Inspector Imran Khan and Sub-Inspector Shabana during a routine patrolling were told by someone about a road user namely Talib Hussain that he was carrying stolen cattle in a white Suzuki Carry bearing Registration # RIT-8310. Base IMDC immediately passed the message to the Briefing Officer Inspector Raja Akmal. The Briefing Officer according to the SOP stopped the said vehicle at Phulgran Toll Plaza KM-17 South Bound and recovered the stolen three goat. Upon investigation the driver of the carry van admitted that he stole the cattle from road side. The cattle along with vehicle and driver were handed over to ASI Aftab Ahmed, PS Bhara Kahu for further legal proceedings were started. The DIG N-5 North Zone Mohammad Alam Shinwari admired and appreciated the performance of the officers and expected the same enthusiasms by all the officers of N-5 North Zone in discharge of their official obligations.
