KARACHI: Tara Uzra Dawood (TUD) Founder of Educate a Girl in connection with educating one millions girl orgainised a course in connection with “Invest in Her” titled, Communication Innovation, International Relations and Keys to Success, in collaboration with Indus University (IU) at IU Karachi on Thursday. Consul General of Malaysia at Karachi Khairul Nazran and Dr. Ishrat Lindblad Professor Emeritus, University of Stockholm Sweden were the chief guests on this occasion who spoke on the topic of “Malaysia-Pakistan Relation: A promising Journey” and “Beginning & Endings” respectively.
TUD Host & Founder of Educate a Girl in her welcome address covered the topic on “Living a Purposeful Life while other speakers Soophia Ansari, Global Giving Washington on the topic “Life as a Pakistani Girl in US”. Ahmed Hamid, Virtual Reality Expert, New York on “Virtual Reality in 360”. Sanki King on “Following Your Passion”. Yasmeen Dadabhoy CEO Troy Group on “Challenges Women Face in the Workplace”. Moneeza Butt on “Work-Life Balance. Syeda Habib on “Life Coaching, the Sharia Way”. Imran Rana Corporate Communications Specialist on “Communication with Impact” and Ambreen Saleh Communication Expert were invited to address on the topic of “Effective Communication.
At the end of discussion a certificate distribution ceremony was held. Tara Uzra Dawood on this occasion thanked for Indus University who sported this program as Academia Partner and other speakers, participants and guests who supported the effort to make this event a successful effort to educating the girls.
