Nasir opens 4,000 low-cost housing in Tesar Town

KARACHI: Provincial Minister for Local Government & Housing Town Planning Syed Nasir Hussain Shah has said that 4,000 thousand ready-made houses covering 250 acres will be given as low-cost houses in Scheme 45 Tesar Town under Malir Development Authority. In this way, people with low income will be able to fulfill their dream of own house.
This scheme vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to provide maximum relief to people and bring facilities to their doorstep and under this vision, a low-cost housing scheme for low-income people was inaugurated and started in the past few days.
Minister LG in his address said that his entire team under the leadership of CM Sindh is active to fulfill the vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and the schemes of Low-cost houses for low income people are also owed to them. Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari directed Nasir Hussain Shah also announced that the Sindh government will give 3500 plots to the families of martyrs of Pakistan Army, Rangers, Police and civil society.
“In this regard, I appreciate the efforts of Director General Malir Development Authority Muhammad Yasin Shar and Secretary MDA Muhammad Irfan and their team and hope that this scheme, which is the dream of the low-income earners, will be completed on time with quality, but they will also take special care of transparency and fulfill the expectations of those who dream of a home.”
DG Malir Development Authority Muhammad Yasin Shar address ceremony said in his speech that today is a historic day regarding MDA because today we are going to fulfill the dream of the poor people of their home and In the coming days, we are going to expand the scope of service to the public and I am grateful to Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah and respected minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah who gave us the vision of public service, gave us instructions, guided us and encouraged us at every stage, and this is not less than a gift to the people of Karachi from these honorable personalities.
Secretary MDA Muhammad Irfan while giving a briefing on this occasion said that today is a very happy day for me and my team that MDA is starting a public friendly housing project of low-cost housing and built houses for the first time today and under this project, one unit bungalows of 80, 100, 120 and 200 sq will be developed for low income people.
He said that the construction work has already started on the site before the inauguration ceremony of this project, while work is also going on a priority basis regarding the installation of water, electricity, gas and street lights along with wide roads, while the installation of modern cameras is also a feature of this project to ensure foolproof security for the residents here.
Apart from this, following the special directives and guidance of Minister LG Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, petrol pump, highway ling gate and modern parking facilities are also a special part of this project for the convenience of the residents here.
Advisor to CM Sindh Faraz Lakhani, Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad, PPP leader Najmi Alam, dignitaries from various town chairman’s and cities were also present in the ceremony.
On this occasion minister LG & Housing Town Planning Syed Nasir Hussain Shah announced the formal inauguration of Low-Cost Housing Scheme.
