KARACHI: Jean-Marc Loos, a French sports photographer, is currently on a weeklong visit to Karachi. He has been telling the story of sports in pictures for over 30 years. Jean-Marc Loos, 54, live and work in France.
He is a staff photographer of EBRA Group, France’s leading press group with a circulation of one million copies and 15 million unique visitors. He is also collaborator for Maxapp Agency.Jean-Marc Loos believes that sports photography is special in that it sometimes reveals images and moments invisible to the naked eye.
Not infrequently, the first to be surprised is the photographer himself, who discovers in his images what he barely suspected.
Sports photography is a game of speed, emotions and stories, he added.
