In the stillness of the morning,
You intruded upon sweet memories,
Beset is every breath, with thy,
Presence, that coils me, warmly.
In tatters lies the inner peace,
Wrecked, destroyed, decimated,
Everytime you envelope the soul,
And lure it to your rememberance.
The tide that lashes upon me,
Of your actions, words, touch,
And the receeding wave of time,
Render the soul a stinging pain.
Riding upon trampled hopes,
She smiled with glee,
Taking herself free,
She fled down the slopes.
Masked with innocence,
Hidden was her creed,
Of deciet, of deception,
Disastrous was the separation.
Having beguiled from righteousness,
Daring you remain to invade,
Into my presence, every now and then,
With your false promises, Commitments.
From lands distant and far,
My cries of pain, shall,
Infiltrate to pierce painfully,
Your ignoble soul.
The love laden stares,
Impelled him to dare,
An afternoon of rendezvous,
On a mid- summer Wednesday.
Caught by charms, of her eyes,
Her smiles, her chuckles,
The one he loved, chose,
To murder, the love that doesn’t die.
Breft of any regret, shame,
She gained much fame,
No remorse of disgrace,
Roamed with no veil on face.
Imprisoned is expectation,
In fetters lies Aspirations,
In chains is hope,
In dreams, lies the sleepless.
Life broken, needs to mend,
An affair with illusion must end,
Not my love, not my friend,
Memories to cemetery, I send.
