MIRPUR KHAS: Member of the National Assembly Nawabzada Mir Munawer Ali Khan Talpar has said that we consider the pain of the flood affectees as our pain and their suffering are same. All possible cooperation is being done with them, says a Press release.
Deputy Commissioner Mirpurkhas Zainul Abidin Memon, SSP Asad Ali Chaudhry, MPA Mir Tariq Khan Talpar, local PPP leaders Mir Hasan Dhonkai, Abdul Salam Memon and others from Taluka Jhodo and Tando JanMuhammad and adjoing area accompanied him.
While visiting the various affected places and relief camps of Tando Jan Muhammad, Jhudoand Digri he said that a tent city has been set up in every Taluka head quarter for the accommodation of the affectees, after which all relief goods will be provided to them. After establishment of Tents city, one can accommodate 15 to 20 affectees and tents have a capacity of 270 to 360 affectees in case of need.
Two times cooking or food is being provided by electricity and other facilities are being provided along with this, a medical camp has also been established for the treatment of the affectees and accommodation of cattle will also be arranged with them.
Till now 12 thousand 500 mosquito nets have been distributed among the victims in Tehsil Mirpur Khas, Jhdu, Digra, Shujaabad, Kot Ghulam Muhammad and Sindhri, more than 400 ration bags have been distributed while 60 four pieces have been given to the affectees.
Apart from this, medical facilities are being provided to them on the roads and mosquito nets are also being given to them. When the illegal deduction of the money received under the Benazir Income Support Program has also been stopped by the farmers, on this occasion it was told that the crack 100 feet in the 202 cm drain of Tando Jan Muhammad yesterday.
